Bluetooth wireless communication kit for 2 way radios

This is a full duplex bluetooth voice communication kit for 2 way radios. A wired headset is connected with the biggest board (TSA5003). Another board TSA5004 is connected with the 2 way radio. The smallest module is the wireless PTT button.

TSA5004 slave module

TSA5004 module audio interface is a 4 pins 2.54mm pin space XH connector. MIC pin is microphone input. SPK1 and SPK2 are speakers output. Power input range: DC3.3V-6V. You need connect the headset's mic and speakers with TSA5004.

MFB button:

• Long press 5 seconds turn TSA5004 ON/OFF.
• Double click into searching mode. It will automatically search Bluetooth Master device.

TSA5003 Master module

MFB button:

• Long press 5 seconds turn TSA5003 ON/OFF.
• Double click into searching mode. It will auto searching Bluetooth slave device.

How to use?

1. Connect your headset speaker/microphone to TSA5003 board. TSA5004 connect with mobile radio and all 3 modules get powered.
2. Keep your TSA5003 and TSA5004 within 5 meters.
3. Turn on your TSA5004 module (press the MFB button about 5 seconds). Please make sure there are no other Bluetooth slave devices nearby(Bluetooth amplifier, Bluetooth headset, Bluetooth receiver ect...).
4. Turn on your TSA5003 bluetooth transmitter, press the MFB button about 5 seconds, Then double click the MFB button->blue and red LED light fast blink. now transmitter is in pairing mode and search receiver device automatically, finish pairing and connecting.
5. Double click the MFB button on TSA5004.
6. After connecting successfully. the blue LED on TSA5003 will stay on.
7. Your voice can now be sent to the radio wirelessly. You can also receive voice from the radio.
